This Privacy Policy explains how Tungsten74 Ltd ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Snowflake Cost Analyzer application and this website.

Your Snowflake data stays in your account. When installed as a Snowflake Native App, the application runs entirely inside your own Snowflake account with read-only access to usage metadata. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Snowflake data. See the Security & Architecture page for detail.

1. The application

Snowflake Cost Analyzer reads Snowflake's ACCOUNT_USAGE metadata views to produce cost and usage analysis. This processing happens within your Snowflake account. Application logs and traces are written to your account's own event table and are not transmitted to us. We do not export, copy, or retain your data.

2. This website

This marketing website uses privacy-respecting analytics (GoatCounter) to understand aggregate traffic and which links are clicked. It does not use cookies for tracking and does not build advertising profiles. Analytics data is aggregate and not used to identify individuals.

3. Contact you initiate

If you email us or start a sales conversation, we process the contact details and message content you provide, solely to respond to you and manage our relationship. We do not sell this information.

4. Billing

Subscriptions purchased through the Snowflake Marketplace are billed and administered by Snowflake under Snowflake's terms; payment details are handled by Snowflake, not by us.

5. Your rights

You may ask us what contact information we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by emailing sales@tungsten74.co.uk.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
