Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snowflake Cost Analyzer application ("the Application") and this website, provided by Tungsten74 Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Application

The Application is distributed as a Snowflake Native App and runs inside your own Snowflake account with read-only access to usage metadata, as described on our Security & Architecture page. You are responsible for the Snowflake privileges you grant and for the actions you choose to apply within your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are purchased and billed through the Snowflake Marketplace under Snowflake's terms, including any free-trial period stated on the listing. Pricing shown on this website is indicative and the Marketplace listing is authoritative.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent plan entitlements, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Recommendations and applied actions

The Application produces cost-optimization findings and can generate SQL to apply certain changes. These are recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing any statement before it runs and for its effect on your environment. We are not liable for outcomes of changes you choose to apply.

5. Warranty and liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Application or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
